Duties and Responsibilities Build Seakeeper and Seakeeper Ride
foundations and stringers from scratch to factory-quality finish •
Perform fiberglass layups, bonding, grinding, fairing, and
finishing work • Plan and prepare jobs prior to start dates,
including materials, tools, and equipment • Maintain clean,
organized, and safe job sites—vessels should look better upon
completion • Read and interpret basic diagrams and technical
manuals • Communicate job progress, challenges, and changes to
installation managers • Provide end-of-day and end-of-week updates
• Complete all required reports and paperwork before leaving job
sites • Follow all company SOPs, safety guidelines, and manager
direction Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of fiberglass
experience (marine preferred) • Valid, clean Florida driver’s
license • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs without restrictions •
Experience with hand and power tools • Ability to read basic
diagrams and manuals • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to read and respond to emails via phone and laptop •
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year Additional Expectations
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude • Work
collaboratively with team members and management • Operate vehicles
and equipment safely in accordance with OSHA standards • Continue
education as new products and technical bulletins are released •
Cross-train in other departments as needed to support company
operations • Assist with shop maintenance, hurricane preparation,
and other duties as required
