Boynton Beach, Florida, Hematologist/Oncologist Job Clinical

job opening Seeking someone board certified or truly board eligible
in Internal Medicine, Hematology, & Oncology Hospital based
practice with 6 bay infusion suites (additional bays available, if
needed) 2-3 multi-physician practice with mid-level support, as
needed This role will be supported with additional resources at
sister Hospital facility and satellite location Tumor specific
focused practice welcomed (ie- breast, lung, GU, GI, etc.) Consults
at hospital Call TBD Brand new, hospital-based and managed practice
and infusion department being developed Solo provider to start but
will evolve into a multi-physician practice This role will be
supported by a local Cancer Institute with additional resources
Plans are for there to be three physicians seeing all types of
cancer patients as the practice starts but then moving into tumor
specific focused practices (ie- breast, lung, GU, GI, etc) as the
practice grows and develops. Strong research department available
to support any research interests the physician may have. EMR:
Cerner Millennium Tumor Board in conjunction with sister hospital

(base guarantee) based on experience (quality incentive additional
compensation plus Productivity opportunity) Sign-On and Relocation,

Strong referral network in place There would be a salary guarantee
