Job Description
Infosys is seeking an Oracle Sales Cloud Principal Consultant with experience in Oracle Sales Cloud technology implementation. As a Principal Consultant, you will contribute to various phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, proposing technical solutions, and playing a key role in development, configuration, and deployment. You will also guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Fort Lauderdale, FL or willing to travel there.
  
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
  
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud technology.
  
• Experience in architecture, design, detailing of processes, and problem definition.
  
• Deep functional knowledge of Sales Force Automation (SFA) processes.
  
• Experience configuring Sales Cloud entities like Account, Lead, Opportunity, etc., including customization, user roles, lookups, currencies, and data import.
  
• Understanding of sales processes, technologies, and integration with other ERP systems.
  
• Proven ability in PoC ideation, creation, and client demonstrations.
  
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship available.
  
  Preferred Qualifications
  
  
• Experience performing as a Principal Consultant onsite and collaborating with offshore teams.
  
• At least 4 greenfield implementations.
  
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and leading sprint teams.
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
  
• Ability to build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  
• Interest and experience in working in a global delivery environment.
  
  Additional Information
  The role may require sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Candidates should communicate effectively via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
