Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future The Director, Strategic Sourcing is a critical leader responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for technology products and services across the enterprise. This role is accountable for the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, including vendor selection, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing supplier relationship management. This leader partners cross-functionally with LTG, Legal, Finance, Security, and Business stakeholders to optimize vendor value, ensure contractual compliance, and align sourcing decisions with business and technology priorities. Your Responsibilities on the Team Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Leadership Develop and execute a strategic sourcing roadmap across IT categories including software, SaaS, hardware, infrastructure, managed services, telecom, and emerging technologies. Drive competitive sourcing events (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs), benchmarking, and supplier evaluations to optimize cost, value, and performance. Collaborate with technology leaders to proactively identify sourcing opportunities aligned to product roadmaps, cloud migration, digital transformation, and innovation priorities. Lead contract negotiations for Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), software licensing, support/maintenance, and other commercial terms with vendors and service providers. Establish standard templates and negotiation playbooks to support consistent and effective contracting processes. Supplier Relationship Management Develop a scalable supplier management framework to monitor supplier performance, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement. Cultivate strategic relationships with key vendors, understanding their roadmaps and aligning them with Lennar’s business and technology needs. Partner with risk, security, and compliance teams to evaluate and monitor third-party risk and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., SOC 2, data privacy, etc.). Governance & Financial Optimization Own sourcing policies, governance processes, and reporting to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment across the enterprise. Provide cost modeling, total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, and sourcing insights to support technology budgeting and forecasting. Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure financial due diligence, commercial soundness, and legal risk mitigation. Leadership & Collaboration Lead and develop a high-performing team of sourcing professionals and category managers. Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure sourcing delivers business value, operational efficiency, and innovation enablement. Represent LTG’s sourcing strategy to senior leadership and provide visibility into sourcing outcomes, supplier health, and contractual compliance.
