Coverage Needed:

April 1, 2024 - Ongoing
7p-7a
10-15 shifts per month Clinical Information:
- Patient Volume: 12-14 per day
- 18 Beds
- Support: Critical Care Nursing, Emergent help from ED physicians and anesthesia if needed. Critical Care MD available via phoneRequired:
  - Active FL License
  - Board Certified
  - Must have clean file
  - ACLS
  - Special procedures: CVC, Central Linces, Alines, intubations
  - Sufficient case logs
  - DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
  - Current Flu Vaccine
  - Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
    - Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
